Real Estate Photography Interior and Exterior
I use professional lighting and advanced editing techniques for my interior photography. Flash shows the natural color of interiors, reduces color casts, and allows clearer views out windows (when needed). I can do TV replacements, fire in fireplaces, and blue sky replacements when necessary. I also include detail shots of interesting features. I do not limit the number of images taken.
My goal is to provide you with the images needed to market your listing and stand out from the crowd.
24 hour turn around.
This service includes drone shots of the property from multiple elevations. Property boundary lines will be included in several photos, based on available GIS boundaries. If you have tax map info, please include it in the notes. I will deliver 8-10 photos with this service. I can highlight points of interest if needed-please let me know what you have in mind.
2D Black & White Floor Plans have a professional and modern look, they are easy to read, identify all rooms and include indications of kitchen, bathroom and laundry placement.
Adding a floor plan to a real estate listing can increase click-throughs from buyers by 52% (Rightmove). Professional floor plan showing property layout and room measurements. I will deliver images and pdfs.
The marketing kit includes an editable webpage you can share to social media, flyers for printing or electronic sharing, and social media photo slideshows. Creating your own account allows you access to make changes yourself. This is an add on service to any photography package.
Land Photography Ground and Drone
Vacant lots, large acreage parcels, forested land, building sites, etc.
I will deliver ground images, aerial images, boundary lines, and points of interest in the vicinity. Let me know if anything specific needs to be photographed or highlighted. I deliver 10-12 images.

Terms
Properties are photographed as is. Please insure your properties are ready for the shoot. I will move small items, if necessary, to improve composition, but waiting for the home to be cleaned or "staged-as-we-go" is not acceptable, as it takes too much time. If the home won't be ready at the designated appointment time, please reschedule. Shoot cancellations once I'm on site may be subject to a $35.00 charge.
Photo delivery is 24 hours after the on-site appointment.
Prices includes a one-time use marketing/social media release for the company listed on the invoice and associated persons only. Any external use must go through Phil Sturm Photography for approval. Phil Sturm Photography retains full copyright to all images and videos. Extended usage release can be purchased for an additional fee. Imagery is also subject to Ohio Sales Tax.
